Refund policy

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Replacements will ONLY be accepted if your order is delivered in damaged condition in transit or have received the incorrect product or if there is any defect in the product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong/defective product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unused, with original packaging). We are not liable for any returns that were not notified on time i.e. within 7 working days of delivery. Incase of size issues/returns we suggest you refer to the size chart prior to purchase. 

 

FOUR STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN

  • Please inform us within 7 working days of receipt of order. You must email merch@gullygangrecords.com to notify us with subject mentioned as Return – (Invoice no). Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect/defective product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product in the email, then it is up to the discretion of Gully Gang Entertainment team to decide whether product is approved for return.
  • Once we have received the photograph and after our Quality Control team has authorized the return we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
  • Gully Gang Entertainment will replace the items free of charge or a full refund for the cost of goods purchased through GGCertified.com

 

Return or Replacement will be done in the following case:

  • Genuine defect issue or damaged product delivered.
  • In case we discover that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
  • Exchange can be done in time frame of 7 working days.

 

No return or replacement will be given in the following cases:

  • Any products purchased under sale or offers.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After three failed delivery attempts by our authorized shipper.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Incorrect size assessment by buyer. We have all measurements of products specified alongside the product and we shall not be responsible for the incorrect visualization by buyer.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor colour and design variation. Gully Gang makes best effort to put up actual product picture and shall not be liable for minor optical variation between actual product and photograph.
